Headgear for Brevida Nasal Pillow Mask from Fisher & Paykel
The Brevida™ adjustable headgear has the VisiBlue™ hue on the exterior of thin headgear straps to show the separation between the straps which lie on the back of the head and the thicker straps which connect to the headgear clips.
The Brevida Nasal Pillow Mask headgear slides over the head and above the ear, with the blue straps resting softly on the back of the head. If the fit is not optimal once the headgear is placed over the head, the fit can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the tension on the headgear strap as it slides through the headgear clip. This intuitive, low profile headgear is used with all F&P Brevida Nasal Pillow CPAP & BiPAP Masks.
Made of breathable, stretch fabric, Brevida Headgear is available in a single size that adjusts to a custom fit for most users.
** Headgear should be replaced every 3-6 months to minimize leaks and ensure a proper seal.
Optimal Replacement Schedule
- Cushion: Every 1-2 Months (or as needed)
- Headgear: Every 3-6 Months (or as needed)
- Complete Mask: Every 9 Months (or as needed)
- Tube Hose: Every 1-3 Months (or as needed)
